As part of our service, this piece will be brought into your home, placed in the room of your choice, fully assembled. Assembly services are only applicable for Klang Valley only.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and household cleaners as they may damage the finish. Hardware may loosen over time. Periodically check that all connections are tight. Solid wood is impacted by heat and humidity fluctuations and may result in small joint separations or hairline cracks. Protect your furniture by avoiding direct contact with direct sunlight.

Please note, only the relevant delivery options will be offered at checkout, based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Delivery

If your order includes a combination of large items (such as furniture, rugs, floor lamps and chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience.

Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.

Made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available.

Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order or preordered item may change.

Returns & Exchange

You have 3 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for an exchange, in accordance with our usual returns policy.

Made-to-order and furniture items are non-returnable.
