Furniture Order Process

Our range consists of:

Stocked Items

We hold a range of items in stock. We also have a selection of some upholstery pieces in stock as well. You can normally expect delivery within 3 - 7 days of placing the order.

Made to Order Locally

Many of our furniture pieces and particularly upholstered items are made to order, this way we can produce a product that is unique to your requirements. Our fabric recommendations are based on the form, construction and type of use. Lead times indicated online are an estimation and can vary depending on the time of the year, fabric and material availability or manufacturing workloads.

Imported Product

We strive to keep a selection of our best sellers in stock, but to keep this range diverse we aren’t able to hold all items in stock. A number of our imported products will have lead times. Lead times indicated online are an estimation and can vary depending on the time of the year or with freight disruptions.

Ordering products with lead times:

When placing an order for a product with a lead time, please ensure all details are correct as made to order or imported items are unable to be returned.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within one business day, as we may not be able to accommodate changes after this time or a fee may be incurred.

When your order is placed, we will review and be in touch to confirm delivery details such as address and site access. You will be notified if there are any changes to the indicated lead time.

We will touch base again when we have your order ready to organise the delivery with you.

Sale:

All sales purchases are final and not eligible for return or exchange. All sale goods are sold in as-new condition, however please note packaging may show signs of light wear.

Sale purchases are online only, stock will not be available at our retail locations.

Sale purchases will be dispatched in chronological order. Please allow 3-5 days for dispatch at this busy time, and then standard shipping timeframes will apply. Same day shipping is not available for sale items. Freight for oversized or large items, domestic or international, may incur additional charges. This will be invoiced to you and must be paid before the goods are dispatched.

These are either shipped with a selected courier or fragile freight carrier, with the pricing dependent on the location, size and weight of the item/s. The total freight will be calculated at checkout for your order. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for rural, low service or difficult access.

Returns
Made to order or imported products are made to your unique requirements and cannot be cancelled after one business day from placing the order.

In stock product can be returned within 14 days, for a credit or exchange. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for change of mind. Products must be returned unused, with all original packaging and we
reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the products received were damaged/faulty.
